Next Steps at Fresh Wind Christian Community is a vital way to learn about our church, what we believe, and how you can grow in your faith. You’ll hear the story of how we got here, where we’re going, and how you can be a part of what God is doing through Fresh Wind.
It’s also the first step toward stepping into a volunteer role and making a difference both inside and beyond our church walls.

Week 1 — Know God: Your Christianity
At Fresh Wind Christian Community, Week 1 of Next Steps is all about helping you grow in your knowledge of Jesus and what it means to follow Him. This week, we focus on the foundation of the Christian faith and introduce three essential experiences that are vital to your spiritual growth:
- Relationship with God — Discover what it truly means to be a Christian and how to build a personal, life-changing relationship with Jesus.
- Water Baptism — Learn the significance of baptism as a public declaration of your faith and a step of obedience in your walk with Christ.
- The Holy Spirit — Understand how the Holy Spirit plays a vital role in the life of every believer, empowering and guiding you daily.
Week 2 — Where We Began: Our Story
In Week 2 of Next Steps at Fresh Wind Christian Community, you’ll hear the inspiring story of how our church began. From small beginnings to where we are today, we’ll share how God has been at work through Fresh Wind, our vision for the future, and how you can be part of what God is doing in and through this community.

This week, we focus on understanding that God created you with a unique purpose.
During this session, you’ll take a personality assessment and a spiritual gifts test. These tools are designed to help you uncover the gifts God has given you and how you can use them to serve Christ and our church community.
