Core Beliefs
At Fresh Wind Christian Community, our beliefs and values are rooted in God’s Word. The Bible is the ultimate authority for our lives, revealing God’s truth, love, and plan for humanity. It is God’s living Word — timeless, powerful, and as relevant today as when it was first written.
“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.” — 2 Timothy 3:16-17
The following are the core beliefs of Fresh Wind Christian Community based on the foundational truths taught in the bible. All of our teaching and ministry is rooted in and flows out of these biblical doctrines.
God
We believe in one true God — the Creator and Sustainer of all that exists — who reveals Himself in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is God’s active presence in the world today. He dwells within every believer, empowering us to live out our faith, guiding us in truth, and equipping us with spiritual gifts to serve and build up the Church.
Salvation
Salvation is God’s free gift, received by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. Through Him, we receive forgiveness, restoration, and the promise of eternal life.
“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God.” — Ephesians 2:8
Eternal Life
We believe eternal life is a reality for all people — either in Heaven, in the joy of God’s presence, or separated from Him. God longs for all to choose life through faith in Jesus Christ.
Resurrection
Jesus Christ is returning one day to judge both the living and the dead and to usher in the fullness of God's kingdom on earth.
